Regular giving is an invaluable way of supporting our work.
You can set up a regular giving instruction in two ways:

which incorporates a regular giving form and instruction to your bank. Simply complete and send to us. We will forward the instruction to your bank.

per month could help support people with mental health problems to join focus groups to develop new skills and confidence

Gift Aid
The charity can reclaim the tax you have paid on your donations - those made in the last four years and any future donations you may make.
To qualify for Gift Aid, you must be a UK taxpayer and what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount that SJOG will reclaim on your charitable gifts in a tax year. We can currently increase your gift by 25%.
For example if you donate £10, we can reclaim £2.50 making your gift worth £12.50 at no extra cost to yourself.
Please remember to sign the Gift Aid declaration on the donation form.
