Woodhall Opportunities Project - Hertfordshire
Each person who accesses the service is supported and encouraged to develop skills, with sessions being outcome-focussed and regular reviews taking place to ensure continuous development and quality of service.
We work closely with the people who use our service to shape their own journey, helping them set and achieve goals that matter to them.
Every person is unique, and their support needs different, therefore we offer support tailored to specific needs.
Sessions cover the following areas:
- Horticulture
- Life skills
- Cooking
- Music and movement
- Sport and well-being
Training, Learning and Support
Our programme is designed to build confidence, independence, and ambition in those who need it most, offering hands-on training, learning, and support through a wide range of community and social enterprise activities.
Each person follows a learning pathway tailored to their needs, allowing them to grow at their own pace, build practical skills and work towards a recognised qualification. We track individual progress and set clear goals for each session, helping people see how far they’ve come and where they’re heading.
We’re committed to continuous improvement. We regularly evaluate our service and actively listen to feedback from those who attend, colleagues, and partners to make sure we’re meeting real needs and delivering the best possible experience.
We work creatively to provide help, support and opportunities to meet people’s needs, wishes and aspirations, through work-based and therapeutic activities and by delivering personalised support.
Support Team
We ensure that every member of the team follows a comprehensive learning pathway so that they can meet the needs of the people we support, and that service delivery is of the highest standard.
Hospitality, Compassion and Respect sit at the heart of everything we do.
