Tailored support pathways
Our goal is to ensure that no one who engages with our service returns to street homelessness.
We offer tailored support that includes one-to-one guidance from a dedicated key worker, help with building structured daily routines, and personalised plans to meet individual needs. This can involve direct observation treatment, coaching, health and wellbeing support, and accompanying individuals to appointments or other essential services.
We work closely with a network of partner organisations to offer wraparound support that meets a wide range of individual needs. This includes personalised care plans, one-to-one guidance from key workers, and help with building daily routines. We also provide health and wellbeing support, coaching, and practical assistance, such as attending appointments or navigating services, especially for those facing complex circumstances.
Our goal is to ensure that no one who engages with our service returns to street homelessness.

Skills and Employment
A key part of the support offered is around skills and employment to enable people to become employable and independent. We expect people to move through the service in a relatively short time and to achieve this we provide a programme of activities and supportive group sessions that run both in-house and externally.
We provide a wide range of practical and accredited training opportunities to help individuals build confidence, develop essential life skills, and move towards employment. This includes support with CV writing, job applications, and pre-tenancy preparation, as well as specialist help for those facing substance use or ongoing health and emotional challenges. For individuals with language barriers, ESOL classes are available to improve communication and integration.
Additional programmes, such as those sponsored by the TUC, HMRC, and DWP, offer guidance on workers' rights and self-employment. We also facilitate introductions to potential employers and agencies, alongside access to legal advice and financial support.
Certified training is available in areas like manual handling, food hygiene, hospitality, construction, and health and safety to equip people with the skills they need to succeed across a variety of work settings.
Support Team
We ensure that every member of the team follows a comprehensive learning pathway so that they can meet the needs of the people we support, and that service delivery is of the highest standard.
Hospitality, Compassion and Respect sit at the heart of everything we do.
